Healthy Aging and Mature Adult Care
Age well. Feel well. Stay well.
Getting older should not mean automatically accepting every change in energy, mobility or wellbeing as ‘just ageing’. Our mature-adult consultations take a broader view of health and focus on how you feel, how you function and how you would like to age.
A more comprehensive conversation
- Energy, fatigue and sleep
- Blood pressure and cardiovascular risk factors
- Metabolic health, weight and nutrition
- Mobility, muscle and bone health

Aging and wellness programs
Aesthetic aging and wellness programs focus on both appearance and overall well-being, offering treatments and therapies to combat the signs of aging and promote a healthy, vibrant lifestyle.
What it may entail:
Our programs may include medical-grade skincare, injectables (like Botox and fillers), and other minimally invasive procedures to address wrinkles, fine lines, and other signs of aging.
Where clinically appropriate, the doctor may recommend blood investigations, additional screening, supplementation or referral. Patients interested in healthy-ageing aesthetics can also discuss skin quality, facial volume loss, pigmentation, fine lines and hair changes.
Potential aesthetic options may include medical skincare, injectable treatments, skin boosters, PRP/PRF, microneedling and other individually selected treatments. The emphasis is on natural, proportionate results supported by good medical care.
